Our first step is quite simple. Decide what to do. Clients just answer the questions in my online questionnaire.
Deciding what to do
After reviewing your completed questionnaire, I assess the area(s) for myself with questionnaire in hand. After evaluating your concerns, we discuss potential remedies. After the decisions are made, I get to work. All work is on an hourly basis. I work hard & fast. I have yet to find a client dissatisfied with my rate of progress.
Cost? You decide.
All charges are time based. You are able lower your costs by providing helping hands when needed. Often additional pairs of hands are appreciated (& vice versa). Not being shy, I tend to communicate well which times are which. More than a few clients have told me that if doubled, my hourly rate would be still be reasonable at the level of service I provide. (I respond with a thank you, & explain that providing value is part of my service!)
